We want you to love your Palm Petal pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🕊️ Returns
•     Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
•     Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•     Final Sale: Custom or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchanges
•     Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item (while supplies last).
•     Prefer something else? You can choose store credit and shop again when you're ready.

💌 How It Works
1.     Email us at palmpetal8@gmail.com with your name, order number, and what you’d like to return or exchange.
2.     We’ll review your request and send return instructions.
3.     Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.


⏱️ Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

💳 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
